- For overhead service, customers need to supply and maintain a meter base, grounding point, and wire, a service mast with wire and weatherhead, and an attachment point (either clamped around the service mast or screwed directly into the house).
- Customers will also be responsible for tree growth near service lines.
- Customers must supply and maintain a meter base and grounding point with wire for underground service.
- Peru Utilities will maintain primary, transmission, and service lines(overhead and underground) as far as the meter, utility poles, transformers, and trees around primary and transmission lines.
