It’s the most convenient solution! Nothing to mail, no check to write, no stamp to buy. Automatic electronic funds transfers from your bank account are safe and easy to set up. This method not only saves you time and money, it ensures that you will never have to pay another late penalty.

Web Pay
Access our secure site to pay your bill online. Your payment registers on our system immediately. You can also view your account history on the same site, see your consumption, view past payments, and/or leave messages for our staff.

Mail Payment
To pay your bill by mail, make your check or money order out to Peru Utilities and send it to Peru Utilities at P. O. Box 67, Peru, IN 46970. Be sure to use the envelope and stub that came with your bill. Allow extra time for postal service delivery, and never send cash.
Pay in Person
To pay your bill in person or to meet with a customer service representative, come to our main office at 335 East Canal Street in Peru.
Pay by Phone
Customer service representatives are available during office hours to take credit card payments over the phone. (However, we recommend that customers make credit card payments via Web Pay.)
IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
Available 24/7 allowing you to pay your bill by phone using our interactive voice response payment system
Drop Box Payment
After-hours payments can be deposited in the night drop box located near the drive-up window. We recommend that customers using the night depository pay by check or money order.
