The Customer Portal provides a simple web interface where customers can view usage statistics, compare their usage against temperature, and receive custom usage alerts via email. Customers are encouraged to track their Electric and Water usage through the portal; they will be able to see their consumption on an hour-by-hour basis, set alerts for out-of-the-ordinary consumption, and much more.

Set up an Account

In order to access the Customer Portal, you will first need to set up an account. Click the “Need to set up an account?” link to begin your account setup.

Terms & Conditions

Please read through the Term and click “I Accept”.

Enter Your Email Address

Enter your email address, and click ‘Get Started’

Submit Your Email Address

After submitting your email address, you will receive a sign-up email. Follow the instructions, and click the signup link provided.

Complete the Required Form

You will be directed back to the customer portal webpage, where you will complete the required form. Complete and submit this form!

Log In

After the form is successfully submitted, you are ready to log in. Enter your email & password to sign in.

Main Dashboard

The main dashboard tab will give an overview of your electric or water consumption and show notifications and alerts.

Usage Details

The Usage Details tab allows you to view your consumption through present timelines or a user-adjustable date range. This page also shows you recent temperature readings to allow you to better understand your electric use in comparison to outside temperatures.

Meters page

The Meters page allows you to view your meter(s) data to further analyze usage details. This page will also let you add alerts and email recipients.

Usage Alerts

Under Settings -> Usage Alerts, you are able to create various usage alerts. These alerts include full billing cycles, daily usage, and alerts for vacations.

Add Alert Recipients

Edit your email address, and phone number for alert text messages or add other alert recipients on the Alert Recipients tab.

User Settings Tab

The User Settings tab will allow you to edit your email address, sign up for text alerts, and change your password. Click the Manage Accounts button to add additional accounts.
