Peru Utilities is pleased to announce that Jamin Beisiegel, was promoted to the position of Superintendent of the Water Management Division effective June 10, 2016. He is responsible for Peru and Grissom Water, Wastewater and Stormwater Utilities.

Beisiegel has been with Peru Utilities since 2006, when he assumed the responsibilities of Stormwater Utility Coordinator. Prior to working at Peru Utilities, he designed sewer and stormwater systems, created stormwater erosion control plans, and designed subdivisions through Radtke & Associates and Duneland Group Engineering.

New General Manager

Joe Pandy was recently named General Manager of Peru Utilities.  Mr. Pandy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA from Ohio University.  He is married and has two children.

Pandy has extensive experience in the operation and management of publicly owned utilities, many much larger than Peru Utilities, namely the Board of Water and Light in Lansing, Michigan and Cleveland Public Power in Cleveland, Ohio. The Utility Service Board felt confident that with his combination of skills, experience and management style, Joe will very capably lead Peru Utilities into the future.

Joe Pandy assumed the responsibilities of the General Manager effective June 1, 2016.
